The Malaysia My Second Home Program, known as MM2H is a long-term, renewable visa program offered by the Malaysian Government to welcome foreign nationals to live in Malaysia.

The MM2H program is open to citizens of countries with diplomatic ties to Malaysia, and foreign nationals who meet the financial and residency criteria of the program.

The MM2H program grants multiple-entry social visit pass to the main applicant and their dependents (spouse, children, parents, parents in-laws) where eligibility, benefits, and conditions vary depending on the program category (Platinum, Gold, Silver) or special zone category.

Application Process

  1. Contact us to initiate your interest for full consultation and understanding of the MM2H requirements.

  2. Upon confirming application, you will sign an appointment letter with our Company and pay 20% of the application fee as deposit, followed by start preparing the required documents.

  3. Our Company as the MM2H licensed agent will submit the complete application to Malaysia MM2H Authority, estimated processing duration within 3 to 5 months.

  4. Upon receiving Conditional Approval Letter, pay remaining 80% application fee and related fees for each dependent where applicable. All applicants are required to enter Malaysia within 90 calendar days from approval date to perform next necessary procedure prior to MM2H Pass endorsement.

  5. You are required to purchase residential property within 1 year after obtaining MM2H Pass. (*For Special Zone category, you are required to purchase property from Forest City Development prior endorsement of MM2H Pass).

  6. After signing the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) of your dream home, you may apply to withdraw 50% of your Fixed Deposit placement.

Required Documents

  1. Resume: Personal details, education qualifications, work experience.

  2. Photo: Passport sized photo (3.5 x 5.0 cm) with blue or white background.

  3. Passport: A copy including passport biodata page, valid Pass to stay in Malaysia (if any, e.g. Employment Pass, Student/Guardian), Malaysia latest Entry/Exit stamp.

  4. Letter of Good Conduct / Police Clearance Certificate: For all applicants above 18 years old.

  5. Proof of kinship: Certificate of marriage, certificate of birth, etc.

  6. Income or Financial Proof: Employment confirmation letter & income statement, or any proof of financial sources.

MM2H Pass Endorsement

Upon receiving Conditional Approval Letter, all applicants are required to enter Malaysia within 90 calendar days from the date of Conditional Approval Letter to complete the following:
